bahasa inggris bisnis 2. THE IMPORTANT OF MANAGEMENT IN BUSINESS



Management is needed in every fieldand organization. It is very important to have mainly in companies and industries. A good management is being one of success , factors in doing business of their companies or industries. So, what is management then? Why is it important? You can know further about it based on this explantion.
Management can be defined asa a process of people who are working together to achieve their goal. Besides that management is an art and also a knowledge. A person who has a duty to manage the company is called a manager .s/he must  lead the workers to reach the goal of the company.
Management has three levels, they are : line management, middle management and top management. The first level is line management. It is the lowest level in management. Because it only manages to suprvise the workers in the company. The next level is middle management. This level manages to turn over the company policies. The highest level is top management, which manages to take all responsibilities to the company.
The are many functions of management, such as : planning, organizing, staffing, directing, innovating, representing, controling, coordinating, leading, commanding, assembling, actuating , forecasting, motivating, communicating improving, reporting and resources. There are six requipments to obtain the purpose of the management , they are called 6M : Material, Methods, Market, Money, Machine and Men. It needs men to do the buisiness activities for getting the purpose of  the company. To do the activities, the company needs material to the produce the products too. But, having now methods to do all requirements, the company can’t reach the goal. And to sell the products, they must have market. The point is that the 6M Should relate each other. If there isn’t one of them to do, the company will be hard to achieve the purpose.
In doing management, a manager is needed. There are two types of managers, they are general and functional manager. General manager is responsible to all activities in company. And functional manager is responsible only in an managering, manager has three functions, such as to get connection with society, to represent the company in having corporation to other company and to take part as a common citizen.
In conclusion, management and mangersin doing the management are necessary  in business. They are related each other. A good mangement without manager can’t make the company getting the successful even achieving the goal of it.
